How Many Real Estate Agents are in Ottawa?

With 17,083 homes sold in 2017 it was a good year for the Ottawa Real Estate Market. Average home prices have increased by 5.5% from 2016. The Ottawa Real Estate Board manages the Ottawa's MLS® system for it's real estate agents/members. So, just how many licensed real estate agents are there in Ottawa? The chart below shows how many active members were part of the Ottawa Real Estate Board for each year since 1980. The amount of Realtors® has been steady at about 3,000 for the last few years. With a total of 3,022 real estate agents being members at the end of 2017.
